Healthy Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas (make sure they are ripe)
  • 3 The Loggie either Sugar Free or Coconut Sugar flavours
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 10ml of maple syrup (optional for sweeteness)
Method:
Mix everything into a blender and serve it cold.
